  • Reopened as a private company at 8-41-7 Higashiogu, Arakawa Ward, Tokyo

  • Established a factory in Heta, Iwai City, Ibaraki Prefecture

  • Began production of commutator bars

  • Reorganized and established as Nitto Densen Co., Ltd.

  • Increased capital to 4 million yen
